RELAX Namespace

One module per namespace Each RELAX module describes a single namespace. Content from other namespaces is done using ref elements which specify namespace URIs in addition to labels.
Divide-and-validate RELAX is designed so that documents can be decomposed into different namespaces and validated using separate RELAX modules.
Still cooking RELAX Namespace is still in development, and current drafts are in Japanese. Discussion of RELAX Namespace is a regular feature on the reldeve mailing list at yahoogroups.com.
